"We had a lovely 5 night stay at the Horizon. The condo was spotless with all the amenities of home. Views of the ocean from the balcony and just a short walk to the beach. It was a true condo, not a converted motel. A very relaxing stay. A car is necessary to visit the hoopla of Myrtle Beach, but you could walk to several restaurants." 11/26/16 – mlorenzen (No Location)
"The staff is very friendly. The lazy river is great, so are the hot tubs and pools. You can see the beach from the balcony, it's about a 5 minute walk and the rooms are very nice. We will definitely be back" - 10/04/2016 - Kelsi C. (Spartanburg, SC)
"I took my mom and dad to Myrtle Beach for a short trip. We stayed 3 nights. They are in their 80's. The unit we were in was very large, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had been updated. We had two large bedrooms and two baths. It was a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the lazy river and the pool! The front desk service was great. I would definitely stay here again." - 10/01/2016 - Jacqueline C. (Salem, VA)
"We loved it. We went for a family vacation. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a indoor and outdoor pool and also a lazy river. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom was nice sized for the 5 of us. The free rental came in handy for our 4 and 5 year old. I would definitely recommend. It is showing a little sign of age but nothing too bad. I loved the jacuzzi tub." - 09/12/2016 - Jeannetta P. (No location)
"We were there two weeks in a room. First weekend was for a family getaway. The following week was for Bike a Week. Accommodations were great for both visits. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were very clean. We had no problems at all. When we were there Bike Week, we drove our personal vehicle and pulled our bike in a trailer. The hotel had ample parking in the garage for our vehicle and P1 parking was designated solely for bikes. This was so thoughtful and most hotels do not provide this for bikes. We loved everything about our visit. We have stayed many places in Myrtle Beach but this hotel offers the best accommodations for the price. This is the hotel of preference for us." - Rickey Hamblen (Clinton, NC)
"I cannot say enough about how wonderful the woman was that checked us in and out. She made us feel right at home, like we were among family! (The rest of the staff did the same but the woman at the front desk set the mood in motion.) The smile never left our faces the entire time we were there. My son is autistic; I must say, that we have never been welcomed with such open arms as this woman welcomed us and she bid us farewell in the same manner. My son cannot speak and she had him laughing vocally outloud...something I cherish but rarely get to see.) Hats off to the entire staff and a giant hug for the one that checked us in and out. (My apology for not having her name.)" - 02/22/16 - Rebeca (Newnan, GA)
"Had lots of room. Took guest and one was autistic and his mother said they really enjoyed it. We had another couple with us we enjoyed the little restaurant in walking distance . Everybody enjoyed Margaritaville and the beach!" - 06/20/16 - Diana Sanford
"We had ordered a double room and got a small condo. We had two large bedrooms, two restrooms with bathtub, a kitchen, a washing machine and a great balcony! With the special one week rate where they only clean once I think the value for money was outstanding. Bringing a stroller and a crib would not be a problem, and the service from the front desk? They were so helpful and friendly! If I'm going back to Myrtle Beach this is where I'll stay." - 06/23/ 16 - Daffe (Oslo)
